Hi! I’m rexanne
Realtor | Photographer | blogger | Jesus lover
The Nitty Gritty….
Welcome. Welcome. Welcome! Me, myself, and I – that’s what I probably know best, yet I struggle to talk about myself more than anything else. So here it goes….
I am a 50 something lover of life and all things God. I have 3 awesome grown children, 4 bonus (grown) children and enough grands to start a sports team of some kind. I can’t say exactly what type of sports team because I’m not a sports lover of any kind. At one time I was mildly infatuated with all things related to Alabama football (Rrrrroll Tide!), but I just couldn’t keep up….because once again, I’m just not a lover of sports.
I am, however, a seeker of wisdom, knowledge, and truth that can only be shared with me by God himself. I’m obsessed with a lot of things – everything Joanna Gaines and Magnolia, Pottery Barn, Ikea, Beauty/Hair and Makeup, A self-proclaimed perfectionist, a workaholic, a daydreamer, a believer that anything is possible if we are willing to work for it.
I’m married to a wonderful guy, Jason. I wish I could say we have been married for years and years, but the truth is….well, he tells that story much better than I do, so I will hold off and let him share it with you. To be really honest about it, it’s best when we are both sharing it together. Check out the video below and have a laugh as we share it with you.
We work together, every single day. Like seriously….our offices are side by side. We live in a small town, and he has his “day job” as a VP of Marketing for a large housing company in the Midwest, and I’m a Realtor with Market Realty in Oxford, MS.
Together, we do some consulting, and we have a photography studio. Yes, we are really busy, but that’s just who we are and what we love. As a matter of fact, we are good for about 3 days when traveling before we are ready to get back to work. Fortunately (and unfortunately depending on how you look at it), world travel demands more of our patience.
I’m passionate about a lot of things…a lot of projects, but I absolutely love to give. I love to serve others in any way I can. God has a plan for me there and I know He’s going to reveal it very soon.
I am a devout woman of faith, and I try to live out that faith everyday. It is part of who I am. I’ve done life as a lukewarm Christian and as a devout Christian, and I can honestly say I never want to go back to being lukewarm. The better my relationship with God, the better my life is.
That’s enough about me for now. I just want you to know how very delighted I am you are here and that we get to share our lives, our stories, and inspire, lift up, and empower one another.
